Adam married 2nd to Harriett Bennett White McGlothlin. (b. 22 mar 1858-dd 21 Feb. 1935) Daughter of Reuben White and Harriet Briley, widow of Alexander Martin McGlothlin. Adam Ertner and Harriett married September 8, 1920. She is buried in Schweizer community beside Adam Ertner, his first wife is buried on the other side of him.

1. Edward F. ERTNER born 1884 in Germany. Died before 1962. He married Berta Hlad. Berta was born August 6, 1891. She died February 23, 1936. Edward F. ran a Country/General Store in Mitchell, TN (on Hwy. 31W - Beside the creek and below the big Brick house on Highland Road.) Known children of Edward and Berta are: (1.) Edward W. born July 28, 1901, died March 20, 1996 in IL. He married Grace. (2.) Fay S. born 1916/7. Attended Wheaton Bible College, became a Baptist Missionary. Never married. Died in Florida. (3.) Dan M. born 1919, married Ruby.

7. William H. ERTNER was born July 28, 1901 in Simpson Co., Kentucky. He died December 1979 in Portland, Sumner Co., TN. William married Mary Glenn WHITE. Mary was born October 14, 1905. She died December 18, 1992. William and Mary are both buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Sumner Co., TN. William ran the General Store with his brother Edward.
