Heirs of C.H. Fisher, deceased, to P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma.

 

For and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars ($375.00) . . .paid, P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, as follows

$ … in cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, We, A. J. Fisher, wife Kate Fisher, Clifton Fisher & Lawrence Hall, W. R. Fisher and wife, B. L. Fisher, R. K. Lassiter and wife, Kate Lassiter, J. S. Bruce and wife, L. C. Bruce, have bargained and sold, and do hereby transfer and convey unto P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, the following described land in 6th Civil District Sumner County, State of  Tennessee, Bound as follows:  North M. G. Lassiter, East by L & N Pike, South by Sis Hall, South by Sis Hall, containing seven and three quarters acres, more or less.

 

To have and to hold the said lands with the improvements and appurtenances therein belonging to the said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, their heirs and assigns forever, and we covenant with the said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher that we are lawfully seized of said land, have a good right to convey it, and that it is unencumbered,  and we do further covenant and bind our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to said property to the said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, their heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons.

 

Witness our hands this the 3 day of September, One Thousand Nine Hundred and A. D. 1908.

Kate Fisher was the wife of Andrew J. Fisher

B.L. (Betty) Fisher was the wife of William R. Fisher

R.H. Lassiter was the husband of Katie Fisher Lassiter

Clifton Hall and Lawrence Hall were the sons of Anna Fisher Hall, deceased.

Lucy (Lucinda) Fisher Bruce was married to J. T. Bruce.

Pleasant Charles Fisher was also an heir of Charles Henry Fisher.

Emma Fisher was Emma Crunk Fisher.

 

Subsequently conveyed to G. W. Bagwell and wife, Mattie.
