Cemetery, located 5 miles on Douglass Pike north of Gallatin, TN.
(Note by DP: Book by Snider & Yorgason give the following directions, "9/10 mi north of Crestview Memorial Park on Hwy 109; then west and south 5/10 mi on old Hwy 109. Cemetery is on the est side of road...")

Louisa Douglass, consort of W. H. Douglass died Jan. 17, 1821. Age 25 years.

A.H. Douglass died Sept 9, 1855. Age 44 years.

Catherine Douglass, consort of James Douglass born Mar. 29, 1771. Died Apr. 30, 1831. (Note by DP: Book by Snider & Yorgason give the death as 30 1851)
Married June 29, 1790.

Joseph Jenkins died Dec. 14, 1849. Age 27 years.

Robert George Douglass, son of James & Catherine Douglass, born Jan. 9, 18__. Died Sept. 27, 1844.

Elizabeth Douglass born Feb. __, 1807. Died Marr. 30, 18__. (Note by DP: Book by Snider & Yorgason have b. 3 Feb 1807 d. 7 Jan 1847, marr. 20 May 1830)

M. Benetta Douglass born Sept. 28, 1813. Died Jan. 28, 1847 .

Mrs. Mary M. Murry, consort of Wm Murry, born Sept. 15, 1825. Died Feb. 16, 18__. (Note by DP: Book by Snider & Yorgason list this name as McMurry. Death year 1864)

James D. Cook, born Dec. 20, 1822, died 1870. (Note by DP: Book by Snider & Yorgason - James C., died 2 Aug 1840. Son of Jacob and Matilda G. Cook)

Rev. Thomas L. Lyod, born Mar. 17, 1806. Died Nov. 12, 1847. (Note from DeAnne: "wonder if she made a typo on the Rev. last name. Possibly Lloyd.")
