FP = Free polls, TL = Town Lots, BP = Black Polls, SH = Stud Horses, PC = Wheel Pleasure Carriages.

The last column, PC, is cut off in most of my copies.
However at the end of the Tax list it notes the following: "4 - 2 wheel pleasure carriages." The only two I could find are, 1 PC for William L. Alexander and 1 PC for Jacob Cook.
