1 Sorrel mare, 16 head hogs, 1 Bullock, 320 lbs Bacon, 12 head Sheep, 1 jar Lard, 1 Iron fat Stand, 1 Ox horn, 2 Cow Bells, 3 augers, 1 claw hammer, 1 draw knife, 1 Grind Stone, 1 wash kettle, 1 Square Table, 2 Spinning Wheels, 2 bee hives, 1 word (sic) robe, 1 water stand, 1 large chest, 1 candle stand, 1 Book - 4 Vol., 1 lot dishware, 1 pair Sheep Shears, 1/2 interest in wheat farm, 2 large dishes, 1 lot Tallow, 1 lot Varieties, old plow & hoes.

We the Commissioners appointed to set aside one years provision to Mrs. Louisa Byrd, widow of John Byrd deceased, after being qualified as the law directs, have set aside the following (to wit): 50 Bbls corn including what is on hand, 75 lbs Bacon, 5 Pork Hogs 1st Choice, 1 Bbl flour, all the potatoes on hand, 25 lbs coffee, 25 of Sugar, 25 lbs of Lard, 1 Bbl Salt, 1 lb Pepper, 1 lb Spice (?), 1 Ginger, 1 lb Soda, 20 Gall Molasses, all the oats she has on hand, 1000 bundles Fodder.
