1          - Thursday, 3 November 1812 Court:  Justices Joshua Williams, James Patterson, James Miller, John Brigham, Nathan Ross

            - deed from Henry Pugh to Nancy Rogers for 130 acres in 2 tracts acknowledged

            - deed from Henry Pugh to John Allen for 300 acres acknowledged

            - Henry Pugh returns settlement with the administrator of Elias Baker

            - Henry Pugh returns additional inventory of the estate of John Johnson

            - John Atkins allowed to return 640 acres in the name of Briant Whitfield for taxation for the current year

            - Richard Faucet makes bastardy bond for the unborn child of Lucy Davidson

2          - Court allows Duncan McRae $15 for books furnished by him in his office

            - Court appoints Joshua Williams & James Miller to repair the court house

            - Aaron Fletcher vs. James H. Russell (appeal):  jurors James Yarborough, William Howell, Nathan Peeples, Thomas Smith, John Scarborough, Henry Pugh, Thomas Boyt, Winshep? Moreton, William Haggard, Joel Williams, Richard Gatlin, Philip Hall find for the plaintiff in the amount of $15.99

            - Court allows Yancey Thornton to keep a tavern at his house in Dover
