Barrow Cemetery
The following information was graciously provided by Evelyn Harvey and William Barrow:
Barrow (LBL, near Ginger Bay): This cemetery is located in Land Between the Lakes. To get to the cemetery from Dover, get on "The Trace", which is the main North-South road going through LBL. There will be a sign marked "Ginger Bay Access." Turn left (Road #206). You will come to another "Ginger Bay Access" sign. Keep going straight. Turn right on Road #376 (marked). This will take you to Barrow Cemetery.
This cemetery was "stomped" May 27, 1999, by Norris Barrow, William Barrow, and Evelyn Barrow Harvey. We met Norris at the Court House in Dover and he took us to the cemetery. All of the additional information came from Norris, who is an avid genealogist. Years ago, he wrote a book "The Family Tree of Ervin Barrow." In this cemetery are buried our ancestors, James Barrow and his wife, Mary, the parents of Ervin Barrow. Ervin Barrow and his wife Lydia Echols Everett are also buried here. This was the start of our Barrow clan in Stewart County, Tennessee.
