Last Will & Testament of Wilson Jinkins

I Wilson Jinkins of Smith County and State of Tennessee

Do hereby make my last will and Testament in manner

and form following that is  #1. I desire that all my perishable

property be Immediately sold after my decease and out of the

moneys arising there from all my Just debts and funeral

Expenses be paid should the perishable part of my estate be

sufficient and if not. Then I desire that my Executor here after

named may sell The Tract of land where on I live and out

of the proceds of the monies arising there from pay and satisfy

such of my just debts remain unpaid out of the sale of the

perishable part of my Estate.

2ndly After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses

I give unto my five children by my first wife Lucy T

Peace. Elizabeth, Agness, Polley, Harmon P. and Nancy Jinkins

the Negroes as follows to wit., Dinah Billey Vina Rhoda Patiance

Cassa ? Anna and Gillia. to be Equally divided

among the five children above named. the same being the

negroes and their increase that came by Lucy T. Pease

their mother. 3rdly I give to my three sons by last wife

Anna Moore  Wiatt B. Jinkins  John T. and Elias Jinkins

the following Negroes, Harry  Winnah and Eliza and out

of the sale of my land and debts due the estate if any

I wish my three younger children to have as much property

as came by their mother and after any debst is paid and

giving the older five all that came by their mother should

there be anything left of my Estate I wish that Equally

divided amongst the Eight children and to be enjoyed

by them and their heirs forever and lastly I do hereby

constitute and appoint my friends Jonathan Bailey & Wiatt

W. Bailey Executors of this my last will and Testament

hereby revoking all other or all former wills or Testaments

By me heretofore made, In witness where of I have here unto set

my hand and seal this 20th October in the year of our

Lord one Thousand Eight and Twenty nine.
