On motion of Jesse BEARD it is ordered that he be and is hereby appointed Guardian for Mary D GOSS Samuel R GOSS infants and heirs of Samuel GOSS deceased late of Smith County Tennessee Whereupon the said BEARD took the oath and with Pleasant PARRIS his security entered into Bond in the penalty of five hundred dollars conditioned and payable according to law
