John Henry "Spud" Gregory born Jul 17, 1870 was the son of Chesley Bridgewater Gregory was
born abt. 1849 in Smith County and Izora Richerson. Susan Tennessee Oldham b. May 3, 1874
was the daughter of Tom Oldham and Nancy Nash. Spud lived most if no all his adult life on
scanty branch at the foot of Macy's hill in Smith Co. about a mile from the Trousdale Co.
