McDonald Cemetery
The McDonald Cemetery is located 2.4 miles from Chestnut Mound off Granville Highway
(State 53). Cemetery is 3/10 mile from road on a private farm road called Mule Lane. The
cemetery is in a concrete block walled enclosure that is filled with dirt almost to top of wall.
There are several old structures on this farm including a couple of "Tennessee Cabins" and a
pioneer log house inside a barn. For one of the larger old homes only a foundation remains
