McDonald Cemetery
The McDonald Cemetery is located 2 miles west of Gordonsville behind the
house at #205 New Middleton Road (Hwy 141). This is at the intersection
with Paris Hollow Road. On the hill above the highway in a field. It is
grown up and not maintained but still has a old iron fence around it.

McDonald W.L 18 Nov 1861 - 14 Feb 1927 age 65 yrs.
McDonald, Elizabeth 16 Aug 1844 - 7 Aug 1919 w/o E.M.
McDonald, Ebenezer M. 13 Aug 1840 - 24 May 1915

He was one of the largest farmers in the county with over 1000 acres of land.
He grew corn to feed 400 hogs which he slaughtered and sent to the Atlanta
market in wagons pulled by four mules. Also had numerous business interests.
