Lamb-Norris Cemetery
The Lamb-Norris Cemetery is located on the Mitchell Farm on Murphy Lane off of
Hiwassee Road. Cemetery is on hill in rock walled enclosure. This farm has been in
the same family for 169 years and there are several pioneer structures here.

(Note: A.D.Norris was the son of John B. Norris-During the civil war he was a Capt. in Co.
K, 7th Tennessee Inf.. He was very important in the community during his life. He is buried a
few miles from this cemetery in the Goshen Cemetery in edge of Wilson Co . His stone from
