Beasley Cemetery
Located in Sullivan's Bend on Bill Jellicorse Farm
Isham Beasley served as a private from Chatham County North Carolina during the
American Revolutionary. He was granted a pension under S.1943 while living in
Smith County Tennessee. He served in Capt. Patterson's company and faught at
Lundley's Mill, Roft Swamp and was discharged after guarding prisoners at Hillsboro.
Served from Nov. 1779 until discharge. He is buried in Smith County Tennessee at Carthage.

Isham Beasley, Jan., 1760-May 20, 1855; age, 95 years, 4 months, 9 days. Polly, wife
of Isham Beasley, May 19, 1767-Mar. 26, 1851; age, 83 years, 4 months, 7 days.

William Beasley, Mar. 1, 1815-May 18, 1880.

Harriet D. Beasley, Oct. 6, 1826-April 9, 1875. “Blessed are they which die in the Lord.”
