The cemetery was inventoried and transcribed by Theresa McCoy 22 May 2006.

From the junction of Highway 27 and Pleasant Grove Road near Winfield, travel on Pleasant Grove Road (which becomes Gum Fork Road) for about 9 miles and cross over the bridge.  Turn left on Capuchin Mountain Road and travel about 2.6 miles.  Turn left onto Capuchin Creek Road and travel about 0.3 miles to the cemetery on your right up on the hill.
