Know all men by these presents, that I Mary Willson of the County of Monroe and State of Missouri, have made constituted and appointed Elijah Eubank of the County of Robertson & State of Tennessee my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and for my use, to ask, demand sue for recover and receive all such sum or sums of money, debts, goods, wares, and other demands whatsoever, which is or are shall be due owing payable and belonging to me by any manner or means whatsoever, especially the moneys willed to me by my Father Richard Woodard deceased, giving and granting unto my said attorney by these presents full power and authority in and about the premises, to have use and take all lawful ways and means

in my name for the purposes aforesaid and upon the receipt of any such debts, dues or sums of money acquitance or other sufficient discharges for me and in my name to make and give and generally to do all other acts and things in the law whatsoever kneedful & necessary to be done in and about the premises for me and in my name, to do execute and perform as fully to all interests and purposes as I myself might or could do if present personally and atto---one or more under him for the purpose aforesaid to make constitute and again at pleasure to rem---- hereby rattifying and conferring all and whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do in & about the premises by virtue hereof. Be it remembered that on the 23rd day of April 1845; before us two of the Justices of the peace within and for the County of and State aforesaid personally come Mary Wilson whos name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, she being personally known to us, as having executed same, and severally acknowledged the said instrument of writing to be her act & deed for the purposes herein maintained , taken and certified this day and date above written
