         A General Warranttee Deed for Land, I William Huddleston have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to John R. Demonbrum and his heirs forever, for the consideration of one hundred and fifty three dollars to me in hand paid, a tract or parcel in the State of Tennessee and County of Robertson, and district No. 16, containing by estimation seventy six acres, be same more or less, and bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at a White Oak, thence running West to a black oak one hundred and forty poles, thence North to a white oak one hundred and forty nine poles, thence East to pointers one hundred and forty poles, thence South one hundred forty nine poles to the Beginning. Containing seventy six acres, be the same more or less, to have and to hold the same to the said John R. Demonbrum his heirs and assigns forever. I do covenant with the said John R. Demonburm that I am lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convey it, and that the same is unincumbered and I do further covenant and bind myself my heirs representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to the said land and every part thereof to the said John R. Demonburm his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims of all and every person or persons whatever. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my had and affixed my seal, this the twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four.
