Item, I give and devise to my son George my land I now live on, containing one hundred acres, to him, his heirs & assigns forever.
Item, It is my will & devise that the money which I now possess & which is also due & owing me be equally divided between my loving wife Mary, my daughter Martha, my two sons Patrick & George so as to include the price of land above mentioned to be estimated at four hundred dollars to be taken out of the proportion of George's past part so as to make each quarter equal in value & it is my desire that my daughter Martha receive the money due for the first payment from Jacob Newman to me. It is my will & desire that my son-in-law Obediah Bounds, have the use & benefit of two hundred dollars which I have lent him, without distressing or compelling him to pay it until he disposes of his lands which he is possessed of in Knox County on Holstain.
Item, I give & bequeath to my daughter Agnes my Dun Mare Colt which was foaled last spring, to her & her heirs & etc.
Item, I give & bequeath to my son Robert one dollar he having heretofore received a sufficient amount for his quota.
Item, It is my Will & desire that my wife Mary, my son George, my daughter Martha, take & receive all my stock of every kind as also my household goods & furniture & dispose thereof at their discretion, together with my plantation tools & utensils of every kind & I do hereby nominate and appoint my loving wife Mary and my son George Patterson Executors of this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking and disannulling all other & former Wills heretofore by me made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and year above written.
