         Know all men by these presents that I Liddy GREGORY of the County of Robertson and State of Tennessee being in my right mind and senses do make this my last will and testament. In the first place I commend my soul to God and my body to be buried decently. In the next place I do give unto my two sisters Judy and Mary and the heirs of their bodies my negro girl leaving the balance of my property I want equally divided between my two brothers and sister Jose Oliver GREGORY and Jeremiah GREGORY and Milly BIGGS. I do leave Joseph B. PITTS my executor to this my last will and testament and also for him to pay all my just debts signed this thirteenth day of February eighteen hundred and thirty four.

         The foregoing was presented in Court and proven by the oath of Jeremiah NELMS and John STRICKLIN subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of Lydia GREGORY dec'd and that she was in her proper mind & that they agree tested the same at her request.
