Robertson County Court August Term 1842.
         The forgoing last Will and Testament of Daniel Arnold Deceased was presented in open Court for probate and there upon Came Elijah L. Chism & Thomas D. Beard the subscribing Witnesses thereto both first sworn depose and say that they were personally acquainted With Daniel Arnold the Testator in his lifetime and that he acknowledged in their presence the same to be his last Will and Testament and that he was in his proper mind at the same time. The same is therefore ordered.

State of Tennessee Robertson County Court November Term 1842
         Whereas it appearing to the Court here that Daniel Arnold is dead and having made his last Will and Testament but the within Executor failing to perform, an application being made by Moses Bryram to have Letters of Administration with the Will annexed granted on the said estate of Daniel Arnold he being given bond and security as the law directs Whereupon the Court ordered that he have Letters accordingly, These are therefore to Authorize you the said Moses Byram to enter into & upon all and singular, the goods and Chattels, rights and Credits of the said Daniel Arnold Deceased & the same in your possession take wheresoever to be found in this State and a true and perfect inventory thereof do make and return to the next ensuing County Court on oath & all the just debts of the intestate pay so far as the said estate Will amount or Extend & the residue thereof.
