         380 acres of land, 12 negroes, 6 heard of horses, 39 head of cattle, 45 head of hogs, 7 head of sheep, 1 spinning factory, and Cotton gin as share in a spinning in Cairo Sumner County, Tennessee. 1 set blacksmith tools, 170 Barrels of corn, 1 Bookcase, 1 Cupboard, 1 Mulch fan, 2 cross cut saws, 1 waggon and gear, the wheels of a small waggon,. 1 broad axe, 3 chopping axes, 2 sml ________ , 2 weeding hoes, 1 iron wedge, 2 bar shear & plows, 1 shovel, plough, 1 Bull Tounger?, 195 lbs of iron, 24 lbs sheet iron, 1 Candle Stand, 1 Table, 1 Flax wheel, 2 cotton whirls, 1 Castle wheel, 1 chock reel, 4 Beds and furniture, 4 skillets, 2 ovens, 4 pots, 1 large kettle, 1 frying pan, 1 looking glass, 3 stills, 34 tubs, 1 pair of hand bellows , 1 set of spools, one barrel of salt, 9 pewter plates , 3 pewter basins, 4 pewter dishes, 1 canister, 1 chest, 20 books, 9 bee stands, 1 stack of Rye, some flax , 13 stacks of fodder, 15 baskets of wheat, 1 pair of saddle bags, 1 mans saddle, 1 old woman’s saddle, 1 Carpenters square, 1 hand saw, 1 Tenant saw, 1 foot adze, 3 augers, 1 wooden corn press , 12 files, 1 broom, 3 grindstones, 1 churn, 4 water pails, 2 pair of Steelyards, 7 chairs.
         Note to the amount of $250. 2 drawing knives, 2 1/2 lbs steel, 1 stone hammer, 1 cutting knife, 1 steel trap, one briar scythe, 1 Recp hook taken by us this 31st day of January 1829.
