A note of hand on Bartley PITTS for one hundred & thirty five dollars due 16th day of January 1816 with a credit on it for twenty three dollars & 25 cents that was paid the 5th day of Dec. 1818.
A note on George MIFFORD for six dollars & 20 cents which was due the 20th day of Jan 1819.
A note on Robert SMITH for eighty two dollars & eighty five cents which was due the first day of March 1819.
A note on William DORRIS for five dollars & forty cents that was due the 21 July 1816. A note left by Bartley PITTS in North Carolina for collection to the amount of eighty seven dollars 8 3/4 cents.
A bond on James HAMPTON and Robert SMITH for the rent of a field supposed to be 40 acres at one barrel per acre to be paid between the first and fifteenth days of November 1819.
A bond on George BARBEE that is conditioned for land to Jos. PITTS, John HAMPTON and Major GREGORY, the land is to be taken out of Grant No. 9472 said grant is for 493 acres.
