State of Tennessee Robertson County Court July Term 1865.
         Whereas it appears to the Court here that Alfred Moore is dead & failing to make no will or testament, and application being made by Lerory Henry to have Letters of Administration granted to him on the Estate of the said A. Moore dec’d he having given bond and security as by law in such case is required.
         The Court therefore Order that he have Letters accordingly.
         These are therefore to authorize, and empower you Lerory Henry to enter into ??? & upon all & singular the goods & chattels rights & credits of the said A. Moore dec’d and the same into your hands possession take wheresoever the same may be found in this State and a true & perfect Inventory make thereof &c ?? into our running County Court on each and all the just debts of the intestate ?? so far as the said Estate will amount or extend the residue thereof deliver to those who have a right ?? by law. Herein fail not.
