         Know all men by these present that We John Hutchinson, James Sawyer, Augustine Cook, and Henry Johnson are hereto and firmly bound unto Willis Blount Esqr Governor in & over the State of Tennesee & this Surveyors in office in the Int sum of Ten Thousand Dollars, which payment will & truly to be made & done. We bind ourselves our Heirs Executors & Administrators Jointly & Severally firmly by these present, sealed with our seals & dated this 3rd day of October 1809.______.
         The condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bonded John Hutchinson, who is now appointed registrar of Robertson County, do Will & truly perform the duties of said office agreeably to the Laws regulating the registrars office, and such Laws as may hereafter be enacted relative to said duties in said office, during his continuance therein, then this Obligation to be Void otherwise to remain in full force & Virtue in Law.
