Roark was presant and acknowledged to the charge and said he was sorrow for it, & asked the Church to forgive him & he was forgiven, C. Summerville was not present & J. W. Swan was appointed to visit C. Summerville and to notify him of the charge & to be present at the next meeting in April, no other bisness conf closed.

Summerville would not be present & requested that his name be erasesd from the Church Book & C. Summerville was excluded, C W Roark made it none to the Church that the Clerk's Book was filled up & the mod appointed C. W. Roark to perchs another one, sis F. M. Wilson requested her name be erased off the Church Book, C W Roark and J. W. Barry was appointed to visit sis F. M. Wilson and see if it her one request to have name erased out, it was desided by the members of Pleasant Hill Church that we will pay our missionary (_____) to our Pastor Conference closed.

Oct 24, Sept 26, Pleasant Hill Church met in conference Saturday before the 3rd Sabbath in Oct 85, the commencement of a protracted meeting Serv by J. W. Swan, on Sunday Knight C. J. Eubank joined by experience, on motion it was that we appoint a committee to repair the Church house & give them full charge of the work, the committee was composed of the following, Bro. J. W. Swan, doors opened to receive members no one came forward, it is rumored thet Brother Lon Groves, Brother George Long, Brother W. A. Roark, is intoxicating to much, on motion it was agreed that we appoint a committee to see them and investigate the truth and report at our next meeting of this Church, the committee was the following named brethern, Isaac Barry, Warren Payne, Frank Eubank, the moderator appointed C. we the undersigned committee having been assigned by the Church at Pleasant Hill at the June conference to draw up some resolutions on the rededication and use of our Church House, Therefore we beg to present the following resolutions, that our Church shall be dedicated to the Baptist at Pleasant Hill. 2nd that it shall be used for the worship of God by the preaching of the gospel, prayer meetings, Sunday School and suggests that we should also recommend that we extend our Christian courtesy to all other, all other (_____) denominations in the preaching of the gospel of the Lord and Christ in our House at any time.
