PINEVIEW CEMETERY

Pineview Cemetery, October1999

This is the main cemetery serving the Pineview Community on Tom's Creek of Perry County, Tennessee. A sign at the entrance drive notes this to be Pineview Pace Cemetery. An older name for this cemetery is Horner Cemetery. The cemetery is maintained very well. It is nearly full within its present borders.

David Donahue recorded Pineview Cemetery October 1, 1999 and checked and updated in August 29-30, 2004. Mary (Stewart) Bowen and Melissa (Snyder) Bowen recorded the cemetery in the early 1990s. Their record appears in Mary Bowen's Perry County, Tennessee Cemetery Records (Vol. I). This earlier record is referred to as Bowen in the notes below.
