KUNKEL CEMETERY

Kunkel Cemetery, April 1999

 

            Kunkel Cemetery is a small cemetery a few feet north of U.S. 412 (state highway 100) on the western edge of the U.S.G.S. Pope quadrangle. In 1988 the cemetery was fenced and overgrown. By 1999 the fence had been removed and the grass was being mown. Leo and David Donahue recorded Kunkel Cemetery December 26, 1988. David Donahue revisited the cemetery April 16, 1999 to make a photograph and checked the cemetery September 2, 2004.
