To all whom it may concern

This my last will and testament. I want my Crop gathered and sold to pay on my land debt and if it is not sufficient I want my stock and all other property that I may be possess sold and pay off the Bal of the land debt, then I want the Balance of my personal property to go to the support of my Four little Girls for their support and maintenance. I will to my son Moody Five Dollars only and my land I want divided equally Divided between all of my children except my son Moody. I have given him all that I desire and I hereby appoint Mr. James F. Edwards my Executor. I want all my Debts paid as the fund or rents may come in.
