MOORING CEMETERY

This Cemetery is located about 1 quarter mile SE of the Mooring Store in a small grove of trees. One stone is standing, all others fallen over or destroyed by high waters or vandals. The following inscriptions were copied by Roxie Patterson of Ridgely, Tennessee. Below is also a list of persons known to be buried there but have no stones. The Cemetery was named for the Moorings, and is kept in good repair.
