Located on Old Perryville Road from Decaturville, turn right after passing Thomas Broadway's house, pass the Mt. Lebanon Community Center, graveyard is to the rear of the John Vise home, about 4 miles from Decaturville. Broken rocks, no fence, poor condition. Thanks to Miss Sarah Vise for helping me find this graveyard.

This graveyard was cleaned up, fenced, rocks repaired and a CSA marker placed in 1977 by Mr. Grady Dixon of Decaturville.
