Captain JAMES WALLACE born Carteret Co., N.C., May 1, 1788; died Union Co., Ark., Nov. 6, 1850; had buried eleven, of his twelve children.

THOMAS BLACKBURN born Newberry Dist., S.C., 1758; moved to Perry Co., Ala., 1818; died Nov. 11, 1850. Marion, Alabama.

DANIEL STORY, born Southampton Co., Va., November 1757; died in residence of his son, Elijah Story, Henderson Co., Tenn., Nov. 3, 1850; veteran of the Revolutionary War and was wounded in the battle at Platsburg.

JAMES B. JONES son of T. C. B. and M. P. Jones, died Oct. 24, 1850 aged 9 months and 21 days old [January 3, 1850]. Henderson Co., Tennessee.

Dr. EDWARD ROBINSON McDANIEL died in the residence of his father, Hugh McDaniel, Jackson Co., Tenn., Dec. 2, 1850; born Nov. 23, 1826; joined Methodist Church, Oct. 12, 1843; had studied medicine in Louisville, Kentucky.

JOHN R. BEAUFORD born Lunenburg Co., Va., Oct. 18, 1809; married Emily Ann Neal, Dec. 24, 1833; died Williamson Co., Tenn., October 28, 1850.

ANDREW M. ARMSTRONG, native of Alabama, moved to Miss.; married Mary Ann Mann and moved to Ouachita Co., Ark.; four children; died Oct. 16, 1850.

ELIZA GANNAWAY wife of Rev. John Gannaway; daughter of James and Keren H. [Karenhappuck?] Barclay; died Breckenridge Co., Ky., Oct. 18, 1850 aged 38 years and 6 months old [April 1812].

SAMUEL DALTON SCALES son of Dr. Joseph W. and Tabitha G. Scales; born Williamson Co., Tenn.; died Dec. 1, 1850 aged about 22 months old.

THOMAS RIVERS oldest son of Rev. Richard H. Rivers, president of Centenary College; died when a falling tree (cut down) fell on him, Dec. 14, 1850 aged 7 years old.

HENRY W. MARTIN son of John and Mary Martin, died Haywood Co., Tenn., Dec. 25, 1850 aged 37 years.

SARAH L. PATTEN wife of E. A. Patten; daughter of John and Rebecca Boyd; born May 14, 1807; married March 27, 18_2 [1842?]; died Chapel Hill, Tenn., Nov. 22, 1850.

Colonel LISTEN ELLIOTT TEMPLE born Louisa Co., Va., Sept. 25, 1797; died near Nashville, Tenn., January 13, 1851.

ABRAHAM LOCKS, native of North Carolina, solider in the Creek War and Florida War, died Butler Co., MO, Nov. 1, 1850 aged 59 years and 3 months old [August 1791]. His son, ELI, died July 3, 1850 aged 31 years and 11 months old [August 1818].

Dr. SWEPSON SIMS born Granville Co., N.C., Dec. 1775; married Mrs. Jane M. Paine, Dec. 21, 1799; moved to Wilson Co., Tenn., 1807; moved to Rutherford Co., Tenn., 1815; died Sept. 22, 1850. One of the seven sons of Leonard Sims; large progeny.

JAMES YOUNG McNABB born Cumberland Co., N.C., March 25, 1783; moved to Kentucky, then to Louisiana, then to Mississippi, there he died, in Rankin County, August 25, 1850; had served in the Mississippi legislature.

Rev. WILLIAM B. MASON son of Samuel and Carson Mason; born in Robertson Co., Tenn.; labored as a Methodist preacher in the Tennessee and Arkansas conferences; married Aquila Ann, daughter of Adams and Aquila Brown, August 4, 1841; died Washington, Ark., Dec. 13, 1850. Three sons.

GREEN H. TARVER died in Captain Isaac H. Mason's residence near Mason's Grove, Madison [now Crockett] Co., Tenn., Dec. 25, 1850 aged about 22 years; native of Wilson Co., Tenn.

JOHN THOMPSON son of Colonel John and Rebecca Thompson died Jefferson Co., Ky., Dec. 19, 1850 in the 28th year of his age. His sister, ANN THOMPSON, died Jan. 15, 1851.

MALINDA PUTNAM daughter of John and Lucy Putnam, born Rutherford Co. N.C., Aug. 30, 1809; moved with parents to Alabama, 1817; died Lawrence Co., Ala., November 28, 1850.

MARY CLENNY daughter of Samuel Griffith, Montgomery Co., Maryland; wife of Joseph Clenny; moved to Augusta, Ky., then to Cincinnati, Ohio where she died Dec. 18, 1850 in the 66th year of her age.

Rev. HENRY WARREN born in N.C., Feb. 4, 1783; died of apoplexy, Fayette Co., Tenn., Dec. 20, 1850. Methodist preacher in Wake Co., N.C. and in Tennessee; thrice married; two children of the first marriage, several with the second and none with the last.

MARY MILCHAM wife of Ebenezer Milcham; daughter of W. and D. Graham; died Dec. 5, 1850 in the 34th year of her age. Kentucky.

ELIZABETH LOWE born in Georgia, Aug. 5, 1798; married Oct. 10, 1820; moved to Tuscaloosa Co., Ala., January 1821; to Pickens Co., Ala., March 1823 where she died January 19, 1851.

HENRY ELL NEIL died Scott Co., Ark., January 18, 1851 aged about 28 years.

CORNELIUS VAN HOUTON born New Jersey, 178l; moved to Miss. when it was a territory, 1806; died Holmes Co., Miss., Nov. 16, 1850 in the 69th year of his age.

SAMUEL FORBES died Cooper Co., MO, Oct. 23, 1850 aged about 76 years old; he weighed between 200 and 300 pounds.

SAMUEL THOMPSON, about 9 years old, son of Altamon and Sarah Thompson, died "a few weeks since."

WILLIAM KIRKMAN, Todd Co., Ky., died Nov. 24, 1850 in the 73rd year of his age; native of Maryland and moved to Todd County in 1803.

HIRAM T. USELTON born Rutherford Co., Tenn., May 12, 1828; died Coffee Co., Tenn., Jan. 28, 1851. His mother, CATHARINE USELTON, born Green Co., Tenn., Nov. 20, 1800; daughter of Christopher and Elizabeth Hoover, moved with her parents to Rutherford Co., Tenn. in 1809; married George Uselton; died recently; eleven children.

REBECCA HARPER born in Maryland, 1755; orphaned, she was reared by an uncle in North Carolina; married William Harper (died 1836), 1780; went to live with the family of a son-in-law, Rev. John Parker, 1841, where she died October 15, 1850.

ELIZABETH JOHNSON widow of Richard C. Johnson, New Madrid Co., MO, died Scott Co., MO, Nov. 15, 1850 aged 67 years.

THOMAS ANDREWS born Williamson Co., Tenn., August 8, 1824; after an injury from a falling tree, he died January 20, 1851.

MARY T. McKINNEY born in Virginia, 1780; married (l) Edmund Taylor; two daughters, one son; (2) Colonel John T. McKinney; one son. Her, sons were deceased; daughter of Dr. Thomas Hinde who moved his family to Kentucky in 1797; joined Methodist Church, 1805. Died Feb. 5, 1851.

MALISSA ANDERSON born Jan. 18, 1817; married William Anderson, 1835; died middle Tenn., Feb. 15, 1851.

S. S. DURANT born Horrry Dist., S.C., May 7, 1833; moved with parents to Lauderdale Co., Tenn., in the fall of 1838; moved to Texas in 1848; returned to Lauderdale County Dec. 25, 1850 where he died March 23, 1851.

MARY MONETTE widow of Rev. Dr. Samuel Monette; died in the residence of her son-in-law, Henry Goodloe, Woodford Co., Ky., Nov. 23, 1851 [1850] aged 73 years, 10 months [Jan. 1777].

Rev. JOHN HARDAWAY RINES born Dinwiddie Co., Va., Mar. 17, 1810; married Mrs. Adaline Rutlidge; licensed to preach in Methodist Church, 1833 and labored as an itinerant preacher in Arkansas; married, secondly, Jane C. Bonner. Died Helena, Ark., cholera, Dec. 6, 1850.

JOHN HANAGAN, an Irishman, his wife, six children and several others celebrated having moved into a new dwelling, in Harrison Co., Indiana, on April 10, 1851; asleep, they all died in the house that burned that night.

MILLY HUFMAN died Oct. 26, 1850 in the 42nd year of her age.

LUCINDA LASLEY married William Lasley (died 1849) in 1846, who left her with a 19 month old son, who died 12 days after his father. She died in Bowling Green, Ky., March 23, 1851 aged 32 years and 8 days old [March 5, 1819].

ANNA DAVIS wife of Henry Davis; born Jan. 4, 1767; died Bedford Co., Tenn., Mar. 16, 1851.

NANCY MARCHBANKS wife of Martin Marchbanks; daughter of John and Sarah Holford; born May 12, 1813; died Overton Co., Tenn., Feb. 23, 1851. Cumberland Presbyterian.

EDWARD H. TAYLOR, formerly of Warren Co., Tenn., died in Vicksburg, Miss., Mar. 18, 1851; merchant in that city; husband and father (a daughter, Mary).

ELLEN GANDER wife of Charles R. Gander; born Philadelphia, Pa., Jan. 11, 1814; married Feb. 26, 1837; died Rollington, Oldham Co., Ky., Jan. 21, 1851; daughter of William and Susan Gillet.

LOUISA A. BOWERS wife of Lemuel Bowers; daughter of Zachariah and Lucy McDaniel; born Spartanburg Dist., S.C., Dec. 6, 1823; buried March 17, 1851.

BURROW born in North Carolina, 1779/80; married Mary Blanchard and moved to Georgia, then to Bedford Co., Tenn. but settled in Carroll Co., Tenn., 1836; he was a Methodist preacher; ordained deacon, Nov. 6, 1817; ordained elder, Nov. 9, 1834; labored in the Tennessee Conference until he moved to west Tennessee and then labored in the Memphis Conference. Died April 6, 1851. [The tombstone of Banks Mitchum Burrow, in the Burrow graveyard near Lavinia, Tennessee, bears his dates: born Jan. 4, 178l; died April 6, 1851.]

INFORMATION WANTED. On May 18, 1851, JESSE MARTIN, Talladega, Alabama wanted to know what had become of his two sons, ROBERT NEWEL MARTIN, aged 17 years and ANDREW JACKSON MARTIN, aged 13 years. Both were reared in Talladega County but disappeared from there last February 16.
