LAVINIA CEMETERY
This cemetery is located within the restricted area of the Milan Arsenal Ammunition plant, a private industry, once the Milan U.S. Arsenal. It is necessary to have a security guard accompany a visitor to the cemetery. From a point about .3 mile west of the plant headquarters turn onto Route 73, south, and through a maze of roads drive about nine miles south to the cemetery which is located just south of Lavinia, Tennessee, having once served as the community black cemetery.
