Searching for any information on my gr grandfather, Edward R. CARMON,who allegedly was born somewhere in TN at about 1860. At some point,he migrated to Arkansas and married my g grandmother in Madison Co.,AR in 1911. I have a copy of the marriage license which shows he was51 and she 25 at the time of their marriage. About 6 years after thebirth of their child, my grandmother in 1912, Mr. CARMON either diedor disappeard. Grandma said her dad was in WWI and died from mustardgas, and was buried in or near Nashville. Seems like he would havebeen too old to be soldier, though, so maybe it's just some kind of"cover story". He's my "brick wall" at this point. Any info.appreciated. Thanks.
