One story is that Fred married the dtr of an Indian chief--possibly Julia. Their oldest living grandson only remembers them living on an Indian reservation somewhere near Huntsville Texas. Julia was born on March 1844. I know this information is sketchy so any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you--Sharon James

KENNEDY, SWANN, DAVENPORT

Searching for info on my grandfather, William KENNEDY (b: abt 1872). He married my grandmother Ida SWANN in Warren Co., in Feb 1904. The 1904 marriage bond had William signing his name as Willie. The 1910 Census for Warren Co., lists Will P. KENNEDY, M.J.I.A (Mary Jane Ida Arvilla-my grandmother), and their two daughters...my dad wasn't born at the time of the census. The census had William being born in Tennessee. My grandmother, Ida, remarried a Robert Marshall DAVENPORT (between 1910 and 1922) and lived in Rutherford Co., for the rest of her life. We aren't sure if William and Ida divorced or he died. According to my dad's obituary in 1961, Will KENNEDY was deceased. Any help appreciated.
