Searching for father of THOMAS
CHAPMAN (b.1833 in TN). His mothersmarried name is FANNIE
CHAPMAN(b. 1798 in N.C.) I have no maidenname for her. Her other
children are BERRY, TYRY (?), WILLIAM C.,CYNTHIA, TENNESSEE, &
MARTHA. All the children were born inTENNESSEE except MARTHA.
MARTHA later married DR WILLIAM PENNINGTON. I need to know their

Sept. 1877 my g grand mother Sarah Ida ROBINSON was born. Bythe time
she was ten months old she was an orphan. She was adopted byJohn
Shafer WILSON and wife Delila Christine BONEY WILSON. By 1880the
decree is granted and her name is changed to Sarah Ida WILSON. Iam
searching for information on her ROBINSON birth parents.

Looking for information
on David and/or Obediah PINKSTON. David wasborn in 1796 in Rowan
County NC/Watauga Section of TN. He served inthe War of 1812 from
13Nov1814-18May1815, drafted in Washington Co,TN, discharged in
Knoxville. By late 1815 David and Obediah were bothin Jefferson Co,
TN before coming to MO. I am trying to find out ifDavid and Obediah
were in fact brothes and who their parents/siblingswere.

Need to know who were the parents of Samuel
Maxwell. He firstappeared in Montgomery Co. Va. in 1801 and he owned
a mule at thattime. He married Martha Patton there in 1802 and stayed
there until1806. He was commissioned a Captail in the Tn Milita in
1809. Hefoughe with Andrew Jackson in the war of 1812 and then raise
11children in Jackson Co. before he died in 1848. He is buride in
theMaxwell Cem.

who helped form the"State of Franklin." I'm wondering if anyone

I have an old document which states "Thomas
Carney was born nearNashville, Tennessee and married to Nancy
Warmouth to them was born 9children". I also have a Family Group
sheet on Thomas Carney whichstates he was born Ca. 1790 (1789 per
another researcher). 59 in1850 Census). Census record states that
he was born in SouthCarolina. Was Nashville in South Carolina at
that time? He and hisfamily left Tennessee in 1813 and migrated to
Edwards County, IL withother families of Greathouse, Shelby, Hill,
Bell, Henry Curtis,Alexander Orr. I have been given a clue
that there is a note thatstates they were from Grayville, TN. Can
