She is named for Annis WOLFFAULKNER. I feel that it is the EDDINGS that the WOLF family isrelated to. I think the EDDINGS family is related to a family whoresided on the North Fork of the Holston River in Washington/ScottCty, Va in 1804. And through this family the EDDINGS and WOLFs arerelated. I cannot find info on John EDDINGS before Warren Co. butthink he is related to people in Cannon Cty, Tenn. Who is WilliamEddings who receives a pension from the Revolutionary War in 1832. COLE son of William H. Cole son of Samuel COLE (COLES) son of William Temple COLES III. I find William H. COLE breaking away from the original family of COLES who lived in the Lagardo area of Wilson County TN. I need to know more about Samuel COLE and why he changed his name to COLE from COLES. Was it a family problem? Was it the fact the family was illiterate? Why did William H.COLE move to another part of Wilson Co. And where is Sarah WALKER , Samuel's wife, I do not find her in the family cemetery with Samuel. William Temple COLES I. came from Dublin Ireland about 1750 or so and settled in Rowan County N.C. his son William Temple COLES II. moved to the Wilson County area in about 1800 and married Mary BROWN. SADLER/SADDLER

I am researching my paternal line and have traced it back to my 5th great-grandparents, Thomas and Jane SADDLER, born approx 1769 in NC. They came to the TN territory about 1789-1790 as part of military transport to Davidson Co. Thomas fought in War of 1812. Lived primarily in Wilson Co after it was formed. Son, William W. SADDLER, born 1795-1800, died 1860-1870 in Wilson Co, TN. His son, Thomas M. married Elizabeth Ann HAAS and they and their 10 children moved to Dekalb Co, TN abt 1871-1880. Son Lafayette (Fate) SADDLER, married Martha J. WILLIAMS. Son Dan SADDLER married Myrtle MORRIS. My Dad, Dan SADDLER, Jr born 1930 in Liberty, Dekalb Co, TN. Would love to hear from anyone researching any Tennessee Sadler/Saddler lines for possible connections. Thanks in advance and good hunting!

SEABORN

My query is related to the Seaborn surname , and any info available on this family which migrated from VA in the 1790-1805 timeframe. I'm just not sure of all the family members that came before or about 1805, besides Benjamin Seaborn and his wife Fanny Mosely and their children, James, Christopher, Isaac and maybe a daughter as well. I had heard of a Sarah Neville Seaborn also coming to the Hermitage area circa 1790. Thanks!
