I am looking for a Jesse TODD, who fought in the Revolutionary War,married a woman name Sarah (unknown maiden name). They had 7children, Thomas, Damary (Damara,Damey), Sarah, Rueben, John and 2other unknown. They settled in Hopkins Co.Kentucky in the very early1800's, but Damary was born in 1796 possibly in East TN or NC. Ithink Jesse died right around 1810 because Sarah Todd is listed ashead of household in the 1810 Hopkins Co KY census. Any info on Jesseor Sarah's maiden name would be greatly appreciated.

HAMILTON, PERRIN

I am interested in info on my ggggg grandfather, PeterHAMILTON(d.1834, Grainger Co., TN). I know he married CatherinPERRIN, daughter of Joseph PERRIN (d.1808, Grainger Co., TN), but Ido not know the marriage date. Joseph P. HAMILTON, Peter's son, wasborn in TN in 1795. He served as a Pvt. in the Tenn. Militia in theWar of 1812. Joseph died in 1884 and is buried in Mortar CreekCemetery in Faulkner Co., AR. Oddly enough, the headstone onJoseph's grave states that he was "related to Alexander hamilton onthe $10 bill." Any info on these Hamiltons would greatly beappreciated.

Looking for the George and Rebecca Smith family that settled in thearea in 1784 and left for KY. in 1794. The family was large with 9kids when they arrived and 13 total when they left. They bought landon the Holstein River and went thru the State of Franklin timeperiod. They were a Baptist family and would of assisted with achurchif it was there.
