Julia Ann DALTON born 1838, married John P. Farley 6-6 1865, they had 4
children William, Martha, James Dalton and Johnnie P. Farley. When
Johnnie P. Was 5 months old his mother died and John, his father, married
Julia Ann's sister, Celia Dalton born13 Apr 1847 died 26 Dec 1935. John
and Celia had 8 children. Julia Ann DALTON and Celia DALTON had a
brother CHARLES DALTON born 1835-died 1912. Any help finding the parents
of these three children would be greatly appreciated.The DALTON families
and the FArley families gre up in the CALFKILLER area on White/Putnam
County Tennessee.

Jackson Co. Census 1850, 6th Dist.
POLLY BROWN, was listed as head of household in the 1850 census above,
she had several children listed with her, SAMUEL, SIBBY, LEANN, MATHA,
MARY, JANE AND AMANDA WHO WER LISTED AS 6 YR.OLD TWINS AT THE TIME. My
ancestor SAMUEL married ADELINE MASTERS and they became part of Clay Co
in 1870. I can find no trace of the rest of the family or who the FATHER
was, family history has it they may have come from VA. Any assistance

MOSS FAMILY. Interested in information regarding the family of Charles
(Charlie Moss) and wife, Julia Ann Burden Moss. Charles was born on l6
February, l854 and died on 06 February, l941 in Putnam County, TN.
Charles had four sisters, Mary A., Jane, Melinda and Sallie, and two
brothers, William and Thomas. I know that their father was Amos H. Moss
and I have obtained complete copies of his Confederate service records
and pension requests. However, I have little additional information.
Julia Ann Burden Moss was born on 25 October, 1857 and died on 22 August,
l944 in Putnam County, TN. I have very little information about her
family. Both are buried in the Allison Cemetary south on Baxter on the
Windowcliffs Road. My beloved grandfather, Ernest Jack (EJ) Moss was
child # ll in their family and I am especially interested in tracing this
lineage..Would enjoy corresponding with another "Moss"
