Perry County, Tennessee Deaths
One of the main objectives of USGenWeb is to convert actual records for free access on the Internet. Below you will find links to those records that are available and also user submitted death records. If you have obtained the death certificate or funeral home death record for a person who was born or died in Perry County, please consider submitting the information. Please contact Jan Monnin, your Perry County TnGenWeb coordinator. Thank you to everyone who has or will be contributing records for this page!!
In 1908, the state of Tennessee passed a law requiring death certificates be issued for those persons who died in Tennessee. This law stayed in effect until 1912. Unfortunately, it was not renewed in 1913. As a result, there are no death certificates for 1913. In 1914, the law was re-enacted.
