Mossy Grove, Tenn - President George W. Bush declared Morgan County a federal disaster area Wednesday afternon while federal emergency officials said that aid could arrive as soon as the end of the week.

Tornado victims could receive aid within days

Old Red Kap building and the New Civic Center serve as collection centers for donations and distribution of help to the folks who were victims of the storms.
