On one stone is: ROBERT ARMSTEAD June 29, 1761 - Sept. 8, 1853 A Revolutionary Soldier. MARY A., wife of Robert Armstead, May 19, 1776 -March 18, 1853.
Another stone is: Robert Armstead Jan. 4, 1804 - June 26, 1867
Will of Robert Armstead made Oct. 1846 - Rend. Oct 1853 mentions wife,
Sons: John, Robert, Richard A., and Jesse
