Funeral  services for Allen Brown Hughes, retired farmer of Route 1, Cunningham, who died Thursday following an illness of several days, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Cabin Row Baptist Church by the Rev. Elmo Brewer. Burial will be in the Cabin Row Cemetery, Foston Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Hughes was born In Montgomery Co., son of the late Rufus and Amelia Collins Hughes. He was a deacon in the Cabin Row Baptist Church.

Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Nuther Mosley Hughes, Oak Ridge, Tenn.; a son, Eddie B. Hughes, Route 1, Cumberland Furnace; three daughters, Mrs. Cora Trotter, Mrs. Murreene Hughes, and Mrs. Mattie Northington, Route 1, Cunningham; a sister, Mrs. Channie Williams, Route 1, Charlotte, Tenn.; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be James E. Trotter, Joe Ewing, Jessee Moss Jr.. Larry Moody. Edd Trotter and Eddie Hughes Jr.
