Obituary of
James Ross Fort
June 5, 1976

Services for James Ross Fort. 31, who died Saturday after a sudden illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Concord Baptist Church by the Rev. Alvin Oldham. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Foston Funeral Home in charge.

A resident of 833 Marion St., Mr. Fort was a meat cutter for Frosty Morn.

He was born May 14..1945 in Montgomery County, son of Dewey and Frances Allen Fort, who survive. He was a member of Concord Baptist Church and St James Lodge No. 51.

Survivors in addition to his parents are three brothers, Carl and Dewey Fort Jr., Clarksville; Walter Fort, New York City: four sisters, Mrs. Mary Rice and Miss Margaret Fort. Clarksville: Mrs. Frances Martin and Miss Bobbin Fort, New York City.

Pallbearers will be members of St. James lodge.
