Aaron was a Monroe County,
Tennessee Chief Deputy Sheriff and jailer
at the time of his death. He was struck by a hit-and-run drunk driver
on June 15, 1950 and passed away two weeks later.
Aaron is buried next to his wife,
Bernice J. Crowder Mills, in Sunset Cemetery,
Madisonville, Monroe County, Tennessee.
