North of Hiwassee College, 1/2 mile on Anderson Road. Land originally set aside for use as a Cemetery by Peter Moser, original owner of the farm. Phillip Keller bought the land from the Moser Heirs in 1849. It remained in the possession of Phillips’ descendents through the early 1900’s. The part with the Cemetery was owned by Jesse and Mary M. Carter in 1906. Mary was the daughter of Phillip & Catherine Keller. Owned by a Hester Family in 1988. .
