B.S. McIntire Guardian of Vallie McIntire
We, B.S.
McIntire, W.M. Redman and W.J. Sipes are bound to
the State of Tennessee in the penalty of 300.00
dollars. Witness our hands and seals, this 2nd day
of Feb. 1891. The condition of this obligation is
such, That, the above bound B.S. McIntire has been
appointed guardian of Vallie McIntire a minor child
of Maud? McIntire, deceased.
Now, if
the said B.S. McIntire shall well and truly perform
and discharge all the duties and obligations which
are or may be required of him by law, to be
performed and discharged, as such Guardian then this
obligation shall be void, otherwise to be and remain
in full force and virtue.
