A.J. Kincaid deeds to Geo. W. Arnold
This indenture made and entered into this 25th day of December A.D. 1850 between A.J. Kincaid of the county of McNairy County and state of Tennessee of the one part and George W. Arnold of the state and county aforesaid of this part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $400.00 to the said Kincaid in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged I have this day bargained and sold and doth by these presents bargain sell ___ transfer and convey to the said George W. Arnold and his heirs and assigns forever two certain tracts of land lying and being in the county of McNairy and state of Tenn. on the waters of Snake Creek and in Range 5 section 4 each (description follows) containing 125 acres...and second description with 144 acres...
