Chambers Cemetery

To reach this cemetery from State Hwy
224 in Pebble Hill, drive east on Chambers Store Road about
1/2 miles. Turn left onto Harrison Road and pass Little
Creek Lane on your left, ton top of the next hill turn right
onto a dirt road. This cemetery is in a wooded area.
This Chambers Cemetery is a very small
family cemetery that has been forgotten for some time.
This cemetery is located in the woods
south of Harrison Road and has just recently been clean up
some. There may be more burials in this cemetery than are
listed here, since it has been neglected for so long. Please
let me know if you know of any I do not have. I have digital
pictures of every stone if any one needs them.
I walked and read this cemetery, using
my digital camera. I have a photo of all existing and
legible stones and markers. I completed my transcribing in
Feb 2007. |
