Samuel farmed the land and raised his family until his death in 1856, his Will gives his final wishes. The land then went to his sons Patrick H. and Samuel J. Grigg. Patrick married in 1859. This land was in their family until about 1913-1915. Most of them are buried on the Grigg family farm Cemetery on a slope under the trees. Samuel's son John G. Grigg had moved to Madison Co., Ark. about the year of 1854. They are listed in the Madison Co., Ark. 1860 census. This is my direct line.
