We W. B. COOK Jones COLLINS do State that nuncupative will of William TURNER was
made by him of the 30th day of April 1854 in our presence, that it was made in his last sickness in
his own habitation and the same is as follows to wit, It was his will and desire that his effects
Should be disposed of in the following manner after his decease, 1st he wanted his wife
Tennessee to have every thing belonging to him after his just debts was paid. During her widow
hood.
2nd he said he wanted his son James D. TURNER to be rewarded for the affection he showed to
him.

We H. K. GLENN & E. BRADLEY as state that we heared the same statement made by W B
COOK & Jones COLLINS in his last sickness in his own habitation with this addition, that is
that his son James .D. TURNER should have his mule. This statement was made 6 day of May
1854
